AECC Relocation Industry Jobs
AECC Mobility is a relocation services company offering domestic and international relocation expense management solutions that include auditing, tracking, and payment processing of reimbursable employee expenses. We also monitor the tax implications of all reimbursed relocation expenses. These services ease the burden on the corporation’s accounting and human resource staff while ensuring swift reimbursements to employees and payments to vendors.
This entry level position will perform the primary service function of relocation expense management – reimbursing the employee for out-of-pocket relocation costs and paying relocation vendors for services. AP duties are being performed for the actual service we are providing, not for AECC corporate needs.
Following successful training and evaluation period, this position is eligible for AECC’s Work From Home Policy (3-days per week).
Primary A/P duties include:
- Audit and approve relocating employee expense reports and vendor invoices for client policy compliance and mathematical accuracy
- Properly code and input relocation expenses to accounting ledger
- Issue timely reimbursements/payments (1-2 days) to employees and vendors or report the approved expenses to the client for payment
Secondary duties include:
- Generate & send re-occurring and ad-hoc report requests from partners and clients
- Communicate with clients & partners regarding policy exceptions and auditing concerns
- Respond to employees and vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Reconcile and close completed transferee files in line with retention policy
Qualifications:
- 2-year associate degree in accounting or demonstrated experience
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize independently
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email with business etiquette
- Strong MS Office computer skills (specifically outlook & excel), and web research skills

- Entry-level or experienced based.
